With twenty-five years as a highly sought after International Attorney and CPA, Brian has done many corporate transactions and optimized them for tax efficiency. In doing so, he has been on both sides of many transactions and seen the problems that a poor finance and accounting process has on trying to close a sale, fundraise, or getting a bank loan.
He has substantial experience in accounting, tax law, and corporate law, and he has worked on many transactions and company issues all over the world.
Previously, in addition to forming his law firm, he worked at Deloitte, General Electric, and Koch Industries in senior technical roles.
